Hi, I'm Jeff, and for the past twenty years, I've worked for Anthony N. Giovanni & Associates as a principal consultant, negotiating information technology contracts for my clients, including sourcing strategies, contract framework design, drafting, and reviews of existing and new agreements.

See the sample of clients below, for some of which I provided services in excess of ten years. For most, I was involved with developing contracting strategies, negotiations, and - from time to time - the pre-litigation settlement of commercial disputes.

I'm a lawyer by training and I've been a Certified Purchasing Manager (yes, we used to call it purchasing) for almost twenty-five years. When I'm not working I'm volunteering at animal shelters, traveling all over the world with my wife, or scheming to design massively transformative processes like "daisy-chaining" all the treadmills in the world to capture wasted electricity.
